Chris R. Rosenquist, M.D. is a Kelso, Missouri native who attended Notre Dame High School and earned a Bachelor of Science from Southeast Missouri State University in 1978. He graduated from the University of Missouri Medical School in 1986 and completed residency at the University of Tennessee in Memphis in 1989. Dr. Rosenquist practiced in Cape Girardeau as a family physician from 1989 - 1994 before deciding to return to the University of Louisville, Kentucky to specialize in obstetrics and gynecology. Upon graduation in 1998 he joined OB-GYN Specialists (now Women First) with Dr. Pringle.
Dr. Rosenquist is a member of the American Medical Association and Missouri State Medical Association. He is also a faculty member at Southeast Missouri Hospital and St. Francis Hospital in Cape Girardeau, as well as a member of the Cape Girardeau County Area Medical Society.
Dr. Rosenquist adds that he especially appreciates the "personal touch obstetrics allows. It is still very enjoyable." He and his wife, Karen, have five children.

Eric G. Morton, D.O. earned a Bachelor of Science from California State University in 1989 followed by his completion of medical school at Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1995. He completed his residency in Grand Rapids, Michigan in 2000 before moving to Cape Girardeau as a medical student. During rotation with Dr. Pringle, he had the opportunity to deliver a baby and knew immediately he wanted to specialize in obstetrics and gynecology. He admits, "I honestly cried at the miracle I was part of that day. I was ten feet off the ground." Dr. Pringle extended an informal job offer to him upon completion of medical school, which he acted on by joining the practice in 2000.
Dr. Morton is Board Certified and a member of the American Osteopathic Association.
Dr. Morton commented, “My patients trust me with some of the most intimate parts of their lives. That is both an honor and a privilege.” Dr. Morton and his wife, Kelly, have two children.

Heather L. Cugini, M.D. is a Missouri native born and raised in St. Louis. She earned a Bachelor of Science from McKendree College in Lebanon, Illinois in 2001 followed by her completion of medical school at St. George University in 2006. In 2010, she completed her residency at Jersey Shore University Medical Center, which is affiliated with Robert Wood Johnson Hospital. During her third year of residency she was also selected to participate in the Galloway Fellowship Program at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in New York, NY.
Dr. Cugini has a special interest in minimally invasive gynecological surgery and is a member of the American Medical Association (AMA), the American Society for Colposcopy and Cervical Pathology (ASCCP) and the American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG). She is currently board eligible.
Dr. Cugini is very excited about beginning her career in Cape Girardeau, Missouri and looks forward to building long lasting patient relationships. She and her husband, Greg (who is a Pediatric Hospitalist at Southeast Missouri Hospital) have one child.

Marianne E. Cook, APRN, BC-FNP is a Southeast Missouri native from the small town of Delta. Marianne attended Southeast Missouri State University where she graduated Cum Laude in 2002 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing. After graduation Marianne began working as a registered nurse in the Obstetrics Department at Southeast Missouri Hospital.
While working at the Hospital in 2005, Marianne decided to return to Southeast Missouri State University to become a Nurse Practitioner. In 2007, she graduated from Southeast for the second time earning Academic Distinction with a Master of Science Degree in Nursing.
Marianne joined the team at Women First as a Nurse Practitioner in November 2007. A very accomplished professional, Marianne offers comprehensive health care to women of all ages. She states, "I truly enjoy the personal touch that Women First provides. It is a very rewarding and satisfying nursing career." Marianne is Board Certified, a member of the Missouri Nurses' Association, American Nurses' Association and Sigma Theta Tau Nursing Honor Society. She currently resides in Cape Girardeau.

Kristi J. Schlosser, RN, BSN is a graduate of Leopold High School. She subsequently earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing from Southeast Missouri State University in 1997. After graduation, Kristi began working as a registered nurse in the Obstetrics Department at Missouri Delta Medical Center in Sikeston. In 1999, she joined Women First as Nurse Manager.
Kristi explains why she likes her job: “I enjoy interacting with patients and answering questions about their health care concerns. I feel that this is a very rewarding job and I am very happy to be a part of the Women First team.”
Kristi resides outside of Oran, Missouri with her husband and two children.
